440 g Fish, Tuna, Raw, sear lightly on each side to enable quicker cooking in parcel
6 sheet(s) Jus-Rol Chilled Filo Pastry Sheets, lightly oiled
300 g Spinach, lightly cooked in butter and well drained, squeeze until no liquid left
1 tablespoons Butter, add to spinach whilst cooking
1 serving(s) fresh hollandaise sauce, layer over tuna and spinach
1 teaspoons Poppy Seeds, scatter over finished parcels – these add just that bit extra to the pastry taste.
3 teaspoons Hillfarm Oils Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, brush over filo as adding tuna and over finished parcel.
After searing the tuna [to level required, depending on how ‘blue’ you like it finally] set aside whilst cooking spinach very lightly with butter and very small amount of water.
Lay out filo pastry on oiled sheet for baking and then layer tuna steaks with hollandaise sauce and well drained spinach.
Wrap into parcels and oil the filo pastry as you go.
Oil top of parcels and scatter with poppy seeds.
Bake approx 30 mins mark 5 gas until pastry light brown.
Optional: serve with new potatoes, roasted vegetables and additional small amount of hollandaise sauce. if adding sauce add extra points.
